Q: How long will it take for my devices to ship? 

A: 5-10 business days.

Q: When does my service start? 

A: Please send an email to, hotspotsolutions@moreable.com with the IMEI and sim card # and the device will be activated within 24 hours

Q: How long do I have to request activation?

A: 60 days from the date of invoice.

Q: What is the process for connecting the device?

A: Our devices are set up to be plug and play. Just turn on the device and connect using the provided password.

Q: Is there a contract I need to sign?

A: No contract

Q: What model is the device? 

A: ZTE ZMAX Connect

Q: Is there a minimum quantity you must purchase?

A: No. You can order as little as 1 device.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You may either contact your Customer Support Representative directly or email MoreAble at hotspotsolutions@moreable.com.  Provide your name, contact information, account identifying information, and the specific reason for your request.  You will be contacted to make appropriate arrangements for the return or exchange, as applicable.

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for your returned item(s) in the same way you paid for them.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days.  Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

Q: Is there a fee to return the devices?

A: If it's within 15 days of the invoice date, NO. If the return is made on day 16 or later, there is a $10/device fee. PLEASE NOTE: If a device is already active, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Q: How much data do I get each month?

A: The data provided each month is unlimited. The 1st 15GB will be at 4G speeds. After that it will throttle to 2G but the service will never cut off.

Q: How many devices can we connect at one time?

A: You can connect to up to 10 devices at 1 time.

Q: Can I block certain websites?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot. 

Q: How can I purchase more months after my initial agreement expires? 

A: Email hotspotsolutions@moreable.com or contact your support representative directly. 

The costs are, $149 for 3 months, $279 for 6 months, and $550 for 12 months.

Q: What network does our service run on?

A: AT&T 

Q: If AT&T does not work in my area do you have an alternative solution?

A: Yes. Please email, hotspotsolutions@moreable.com and a support rep will be happy go over additional options to meet your needs.
